Dear Home & Lot Owner:

The Board of Directors of the San Carlos Country Club Residents Association wishes you and your families a very happy and prosperous 2017. The community of San Carlos Country Club is constantly busy with the construction of new homes in all areas of the neighborhood. Last year was very successful for the community due to all the homes being built and the approval of new projects coming in 2017.

We want to continue working for the benefit of all the Residents and new owners. The Country Club community looks great and clean and to keep it like that we have to work hard continuously, therefore, we are asking you to kindly pay the HOA annual fees for the present year as soon as you are able.

The Fees to be paid this year are as follows:

Home site fee: $400.00 USD cash or $5,200.00 Pesos Cash or Check.

Lot site fee: $110.00 USD cash or $1,500.00 Pesos cash or Check and $50.00 USD Cleanup fee for vacant lot cleanup service.

Please pay our Property Manager, Raymundo Reyes. His office is on Seris street # 177 behind Casita #2.  To contact Raymundo, please call 044 622-855-9126 (cellular #); or e-mail him at raymundorey@hotmail.com.

If you are to pay your annual fee by check, please make it payable to: Residentes de San Carlos Country Club A. C. only in pesos.

In order to have a legal quorum, we strongly encourage you to attend the meeting on Saturday, February 11th.  If you are unable to attend, then kindly complete and sign the Proxy enclosed with this letter, and give it to any Board member in advance of the Annual Meeting.
