Board of Directors Meeting: February 9, 2016
Meeting was held in the Country Club Casitas. Meeting called to order at 4:08pm.

Minutes from last meeting, noted that Sandy was not present, Janet moved to approve, Sandy 2nd. Approved.
Annual General Meeting: We reviewed the procedure and agenda for the AGM. Quorum/Proxy reminder. Elections – who is willing to remain on the board. Reports from the President, Property Manager, Treasurer and other committees to be presented. Issues that may be presented and fees.
A report was received that the workers are driving around instead of working. We do not see this. In fact, the workers have job duties set out for them each day as well as having to account for what they did in the day.
Janet reported on findings from the MLS meeting regarding Joyas Del Country development. It will be getting a new name. Raymundo will talk to their representative to discuss plans for roads, gates and guards.
The trailer has been repaired at a cost of 20,000 pesos. Raymundo will pursue getting the cost from Miguel Estrada who was in possession of the trailer when it was set on fire.
Sandy will revise letter regarding pets and get to Raymundo for printing and distribution.
A new street light will be place on Yecora, approximate cost is 8,000 pesos
The security company would like to purchase a scooter for employees to drive around the Country Club. We suggest the cost be included in the new security budget.
We may hold a mini-meeting prior to the AGM.
